Best experience I have ever had at a dealership! Was doing some online research through my banks "car buying program" when I cam across the exact vehicle I was looking for. I put in an interest request and was immediately contacted by Raul Valles asking "what I needed" to make this a successful experience. Raul immediately coordinated a time he had available on the following day that I wanted to be at the dealership. He kept me well informed and even went out of his way to send pictures of the vehicle to me. The 2015 Ford Focus I was interested in had just arrived at the dealership and only had a photo or two uploaded. Upon arrival we walked up just as Raul walked out, perfect timing right. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire experience. I have been to numerous car dealerships and purchased other vehicles and Raul by far made this the easiest experience and was the most professional auto salesman I have come in contact with. He made sure the vehicle was ready beyond expectations because he wanted it to be perfect for us. While the paperwork was being drafted he even treated us to an awesome lunch at the attached diner, Mustang Sally's, which was amazing. Big thanks to our waitress there, she was very kind. Kem and Kelly were also extremely helpful during our visit ensuring everything was covered, handled and explained. Recent New Truck Purchase. 2016 F350 Super Duty Platinum My Wife and I were looking for a new Diesel Truck to tow our 5th wheel. I contacted via email and received a call from Raul Valles. We talked back and My Wife and I were looking for a new Diesel Truck to tow our 5th wheel. I contacted via email and received a call from Raul Valles. We talked back and forth about what I was looking for. He compiled a list of trucks that fit, emailed them to me. We met with Raul and test drove the one we liked. We knew upon meeting Raul that we instantly liked him and his approach to car sales. He is not your stereotypical high pressure car salesman. He was very laidback and patient with us. I had A LOT of questions and we text back and forth for a few days. His patients was outstanding. We finally got the numbers close and we made the decision to move on with the purchase. I highly recommend Raul and the team at Ford Country, we had a great experience and couldn't be happier. Ed Armendariz in finance was outstanding as well, very thorough. After being a Ford owner for 40 years, we were very discouraged with recent service on our Ford Hybrid and pretty much had decided we wanted to sell car back because we were done with Ford due to the bad experience of not having a car for 8 weeks. That day we were headed to buy a Honda CRV. We searched all the cars and had a salesman ready to sell us the CRV. However, when we came into Ford and told our story, someone finally listened to us we finally got to speak to some managers who apologized to us for what we had gone through. And we looked at the Escape. Raul totally turned us around and made us feel good that we purchased a New 2017 Escape. It's because of Raul Valles that we are driving a Ford again. More

Kelly kept us laughing through the paper signing process, but was very professional and efficient. She made the worst part of purchasing a vehicle ( signing all of the paperwork) fast and fun. Raul was there at every stage of the process, making sure we were being well taken care of and happy. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is the detail department. our brand new vehicle came out with water spots, etc. No big deal, but a slight disappointment in an, otherwise, awesome experience. More
