Awesome experience! Rebecca at Ford Country helped us out incredibly! She did everything possible to get our payments to where we wanted. She was not pushy at all and made us feel as if we were working with a friend instead of a sales person. She checked up on us after the sale to make sure we were thoroughly satisfied and helped us resolve a minimal problem we had with the sun roof. I highly recommend Rebecca, she will go out of her way to help you and make you feel at ease! More

Absolutely great customer care I've given Ford Country a 5 star rating because they really care for their customers. Ive been wanting to upgrade my Ford Explorer for a while and eve I've given Ford Country a 5 star rating because they really care for their customers. Ive been wanting to upgrade my Ford Explorer for a while and everyone from Rebecca in sales to Kelli in finance were extremely helpful in fulfilling my need to upgrade. I really didnt think any of it was possible but Rebecca kept pushing for a positive outcome. She took care of me when I was there, making sure I was okay, always checking on me. She explained to me every step of the way what was happening, and what was gonna happen next. And when I was about to just give up and go home, she championed her positivity into existence. I was in awe at her enthusiasm about my upgrade. I will forever be a Ford customer when it comes to anything concerning upgrades and possibly purchasing a new car because of the care that I experienced. Rebecca always made me feel at home at Ford. Very attentive and respectful. She answered all my questions I had about the process. She never gave up. What an awesome individual to work with.And Kelli in finance was an absolute joy to work with.
