Do to my current circumstances it was a bit difficult this time to get what I wanted but Frank Luciano was wonderful! He catered to my needs and wants and drove me around until I found the car that was right for me, An upgrade and new experience with luxury and style, I actually love my car! Frank was focused and spent time with me patiently looking at different vehicles on his lot, on line and others that were on their way! Thank you Frank, I’m glad I came back to Ford Country! Also his manager Mike topped the deal with agreeing to my demands as I can be a brat sometimes, but still he complied and was very kind! You feel the pride in their great customer service! I must also thank their Finance Representative Luis Cruz, very professional but down to earth and understanding! He made it possible so I can have this deal! I've purchase 4 Fords from this dealership and the Service and pushy salespeople have gotten progressively worse every year. They wrecked my car during service then tried to say I brought it in that w Service and pushy salespeople have gotten progressively worse every year. This was before they took pictures of the car and they gave me a carbon copy showing no damage when I dropped the car off. When I went to pick it up and it had major damage and they showed me their copy with an X where the damage was that they had added. Luckily I had my copy that showed no damage. They still tried to argue it was like that calling me a liar. I had to fight but finally they paid to fix the car. Their Service is always slow and they never have loaner cars available to give you for warranty work. The quick lane takes hours even when nobody is in line The last straw was when two unprofessional individuals Mike and Mindy harassed my wife and I to purchase our Ford at lease end. They would set appointments we never made to meet without our permission and called both my wife and I several times. We told them we would call when we were ready but they didn't respect that. We finally decided to go through the Findlay Lincoln and had an Amazing experience. We will never be back to Ford Country again! More
