Amazing Service I went to Ford Country about 2 years ago to look for a used car. I met with Carlos and Kevin Schwann originally and drove off the lot with a new lease I went to Ford Country about 2 years ago to look for a used car. I met with Carlos and Kevin Schwann originally and drove off the lot with a new leased car. Kevin and Carlos worked with me to get the payments as low as possible that was within my budget. Had a small concern with the car and eventually ended up speaking with Kevin Vanetta who was also amazing and fixed everything. I eventually traded in my Fiesta (that was leased) back in May for a new financed car. Again, Kevin Schwann was amazing and got me into a car I liked with pricing and interest that was very agreeable to me. I also have to say that the service dept is great. Micah is great to work with. If anytime I need service, I can call him directly and he will try his hardest to get me right in I am very impressed with everyone at Ford Country and will always recommend this place to anyone wanting to buy a car More

Recent New Truck Purchase. 2016 F350 Super Duty Platinum My Wife and I were looking for a new Diesel Truck to tow our 5th wheel. I contacted via email and received a call from Raul Valles. We talked back and My Wife and I were looking for a new Diesel Truck to tow our 5th wheel. I contacted via email and received a call from Raul Valles. We talked back and forth about what I was looking for. He compiled a list of trucks that fit, emailed them to me. We met with Raul and test drove the one we liked. We knew upon meeting Raul that we instantly liked him and his approach to car sales. He is not your stereotypical high pressure car salesman. He was very laidback and patient with us. I had A LOT of questions and we text back and forth for a few days. His patients was outstanding. We finally got the numbers close and we made the decision to move on with the purchase. Very good service just one knock Had a recall dropped off vehicle went home was called by service advisor saying it was ready i asked to be picked up at home (vehicle shuttle) was adv Had a recall dropped off vehicle went home was called by service advisor saying it was ready i asked to be picked up at home (vehicle shuttle) was advised they only drop off not picked up to dealer you should offer round trip since it was fords fault for recall it would cost me around 50 dollats to get there maybe uber would charge less i can see if repair took around 2 hours i can wait but 4 hours too long More

Service was great as always. I always get great service when I bring my Explorer to Ford Country for scheduled service but this was the first time I used the Quick Lane.
