I bought a 2018 Ford Explorer from the Fairfield Lincoln Ford dealership yesterday (Sunday). We called them from Redding, CA @ 12:45 pm. Talked to Phil Johnson and texting Sharon Mercado. I Made an offer, a Ford dealership yesterday (Sunday). We called them from Redding, CA @ 12:45 pm. Talked to Phil Johnson and texting Sharon Mercado. I Made an offer, and by 1:00 we had an accepted price thanks to the sales manager Heather Vladislavich, and were on way to Fairfield, a 3.5 hour drive. On the way Phil our super hero salesman sent us our credit apps, got a copy of our licenses, and proof of insurance. He stayed in contact with me, and his coworker Sharon stayed in contact with my husband all along the way. Answering all our questions. Upon our arrival at 4:30 PM Phil greeted us at the door. He seated my brother in law Bill ( along for the ride) with a snack and something to drink and we were off to look at the vehicle which was immaculate. Everything was exactly what they said it would be. My husband did the drive and we agreed that was what we were looking for. We were off to Phils office to sign paperwork that was completed and ready to go. Then we were off to finance where we were so pleased to meet Missy Balance. She explained so well everything we were signing. we so enjoyed our time with her. Such a great team of people. Everything we were told was exactly what happened. My husband and I have been buying cars since 1977. Never.. and I mean never have we had such a great and honest experience buying a car. They treated us like royalty and our guest. We were greeted by the staff on our way out of the dealership clapping and congratulating us on our new purchase. I had a big bow on my hood. I don't think my husband and I will ever buy another vehicle anywhere else. The honesty and integrity demonstrated by everyone there put such a sense of confidence in our buying experience. Excellent Service and Sales Department. Don't pay the Dealer Markups at other dealers. Go to Ford and Lincoln of Fairfield!!! Most models have no markups, AND their sales people are not high pressure. It's a truly refreshing experience in car buying. The service department is on the ball, and keep true to their word. Iw as very impressed. Have returned to this dealer multiple times for the above reasons. More

I’ve purchased over 10 ford vehicles from different dealerships and ive never seen such a rude, lac DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, you’ll be sorry! I’ve purchased over 10 ford vehicles from different dealerships and ive never seen such a rude, lack of respect for the customer. This was the absolute worst experience ever! The car I wanted so bad, a Lincoln aviator I almost sent back because of the drama it brought to my life! I’ll never go back or do business there again. Aaron talked to me like a piece of garbage and Brian is just a snake. They’re great until they make the deal, and get their money, then after they close the deal, they basically tell you to go kick rocks. My brand new vehicle came in the worst condition I’ve ever seen a car come in! $101,000 for a car that looked like it sat in a backlot waiting for some sucker to buy. (I purchased this car via phone/ internet, since we live in the valley). Brian had it picked up days after I received it to fix the problem, they kept it for 2 weeks promised to make it right and delivered it exactly how it left here.!!! There was overspray of sealant all over all the windows and the car. The hood had 2 different colors of white. It felt dirty as soon as I got it! But the bonus was the toll violation ticket they got while bringing me my car back.I call to resolve that issue and they got mad at me! My car has 800 miles on it now, and 400 of those miles were driven by the dealership trying to fix my problem. I want to love my car so much, but instead I resent it, Fairfield lincoln, Brian, and Aaron are scammers who are just trying to make their quota for the month. Leave yourself a lot of tears and stress and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FAIRFIELD LINCOLN. More
