My recent experience with Ford of Columbia was not up to the standard one would hope for. Despite purchasing a used truck from them, the delivery process was riddled with unexpected issues. Some aspects o the standard one would hope for. Despite purchasing a used truck from them, the delivery process was riddled with unexpected issues. Some aspects of the delivery were mishandled, including missing key components such as a second key fob and a center console tray. Additionally, the truck was delivered in need of detailing work, with coffee stains and pet hair present in various areas. Furthermore, the fuel level was inadequate, and the DEF gauge showed a low level, indicating a need for refill. The management was informed about these issues and their only solution was a $25 gift card. The financing and the delivery of the truck was a hassle-free process. More

WILL TRY TO HIDE IMPERFECTIONS!!! As others have posted in reviews, they charge you a mandatory 2000 extra dollars for VIP advantage. I reluctantly paid this extra fee they tax you with unexpectedly. However, this supposedly includes paint protection along with ceramic coating which I can assure you is a complete lie and scam. I purchased a new f150 off of the showroom floor and when washed after arriving home noticed an approximate 3 inch scratch that had been filled with paint dealer was trying to cover up. Ceramic coating does not wash off! Dealer completely ignored when contacted about the issue. Typical take the money and run. Pay attention guys and stay far from this scam. No telling what else is hidden or lied about here. More

I must say that my experience with Ford Lincoln of Columbia was one of the best buying experiences I’ve had. I would like to specifically mention Mike Smith, he is a salesman that I was working with to purchase a vehicle. This was the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. There were no typical “ Let me ask my manager” scenarios going on at all. We began to sale online, then spoke on the phone, and when I came into the dealership, everything was ready to go. Being the impatient person that I am, I didn’t have to wait for anything. I basically signed the paperwork and drove away.
