Samuel was very friendly! Samuel answered all the questions I had in regards to my car purchase. Samuel acknowledged us right away and went to help us out. Unlike the Ford dealership in Highland Indiana, we were outside looking at the cars for 15-20 minutes and not one single employee came out to ask us if we needed help.
