We are still in disbelief Negative star rating. The way my wife was treated by Todd Ireland tonight is completely unacceptable. Damned lucky I wasn't there. You had one job Negative star rating. DO you treat all the women who are ready to buy like this? My daughter was even there. Your actions were, to say the least, were completely out of line and so very UNprofessional. Not one other Ford rep stepped in, but were very aware, after that and allowed him to have a mini melt-down. We are ready to buy, now, not on your time frame. We had asked for numbers last Saturday evening and it has taken them until Wednesday to anything, and we are still unsure if PIN information was correctly researched. Wonder why it was so hard? We have a Ford Employee PIN, her father worked at Ford for 40 years, and has NEVER seen nor heard anyone being treated like this. UNacceptable. Jon was very much customer oriented - paid attention to all of the details I needed. I am hoping to have a similarly great experience when I am taking the car there for service. More
