Went in for oil change at 8 am and no service person called to tell me the status. Called at 2 to inquire and received no response but was told a shuttle was on its way. Kept calling up to 430. No on called to tell me the status. Called at 2 to inquire and received no response but was told a shuttle was on its way. Kept calling up to 430. No one called back and I got a ride to the dealer. The Service manager ignored me acted like he didn’t know the situation although he was left several messages. The only thing that they did which was good was discounted the service but gave no explanation. The service technician did apologize while the service manager sat there and never apologized. I was very disappointed in the dealer and surprised cause usually they provide Exceptional service don’t know what exactly is going on up there. I’m concerned and hope that they did the service that I brought it up there, but I don’t know. More

I had an appointment to get my car diagnosed on September 13 at 9am. However it was never done!!! We decided not to leave it over the weekend since we had doctor’s appointments the following week. As I went to start it the battery was dead and I couldn’t get into car. Then I was asked if we wanted to make another appointment. I already waited three weeks for this one. More
