My Review of Ford of Orange:
They refused to fax me an estimate, after 3 weeks of holding my car i went over there and demanded an estimate and they told me their computers are incapable of printing. after charging me $600 the car had the exact same problems as it had before. in addition, my brand new battery was replaced with another one without my authorization.

My Review of Ford of Orange:
I came in for possibly bad suspension because it was making noise. They see my chassis "mod" and said oh you got a mod so we can't do that for you under warranty. My "mod" had nothing to do with the suspension, yet they refuse to fix it. Not only that, but they kept the car for 1.5 hour just to tell me I had a "mod" and they can't service it.
