Unpleasant Took vehicle in for diagnosis. Was there at 7am. Was told sincei had an appointment that it wouldn't be long; that the guys would be in at about 730am Took vehicle in for diagnosis. Was there at 7am. Was told sincei had an appointment that it wouldn't be long; that the guys would be in at about 730am. I had to email at about 1156am to ask if they had figured out the problem. Was told the problem and cost. Asked if that cost was final through email. No response so i assumed yes it was. I was wrong. They didn't figure tax and "shop supplies" whatever that means. Was told it would be done tomorrow. The next day i email at about 5pm stating that i would be in the following day to pick it up in the afternoon. Bear in mind at this point i still have not received a response stating my car is ready. Only at 1139 the following day do i receive an email that it's ready. My issue is you give a price. I ask if it's final and no response. No response when you state vehicle would be ready on a certain day. I understand things come up. So email me updates so I'm not left in the dark. More
