our over all experience was great. We are completely satisfied with the 2011 Lincoln MKS. Especially the manual gear shift paddles. We took a trip over two mountains. My wife whom I wanted to have on the title as co-owner forgot her license and they were able to work us in the next morning. We very much appreciated that. Plus they paid to have a spare key cut so we don't lock ourselves out of the vehicle. In the process we found a locksmith (their recommendation) that will cut us a another programmed vehicle key at way less than half Honda Dealership cost. I like working with friendly people who will cut you a deal. We paid cash. Did not need financing. More

This was my first experience with Forrester Lincoln buying a car. I was surprised the selection of vehicles they had in stock in new and used. We visited Forrester to purchase a Honda Odyssey for my wife. After looking at many dealerships and websites, we found the vehicle we were looking for at a very competitive price. Mr. Joshua Myers promptly responded to my initial inquiry about the vans availability and arrangements were made to view and possibly purchase the van Saturday morning. The next morning, after dropping my wife off at work, my sons and I headed on to Forrester Lincoln, which is two hours from our home. When we arrived, Joshua was checking the condition and service record of the Honda Odyssey. After a few introductions, we took a test drive. Joshua pointed out many features of the Honda and a sale was made. He made filling out the titling and loan papers very easy and explained each thoroughly. I was also given an opportunity to protect my purchase with various insurance options. I would highly recommend Forrester Lincoln and Mr. Joshua Myers for any future automotive purchase. Joshua was professional and friendly. The prices at the Forrester dealership are very competitive. Their website, as I found out, was up to date with vehicles which are actually available and on the lot. I am sure I will be a returning customer in the future. Christine and I made an appointment with Mike Manning to test drive a Lincoln MKX. Upon our arrival at the dealership we were greeted by Mike who offered us refreshments and had already made all the prepar test drive a Lincoln MKX. Mike's demeanor was very pleasant and sincerely welcoming which made us very comfortable when considering a significant expenditure. During the test drive Mike explained the features of the MKX as well as the customer service program from the family owner dealership. Upon returning to the dealership we started to discuss the MKX sales price and my vehicle trade in value. Obviously, I had hoped for a greater trade in value but Mike was very through in explaining the pricing mythology and we were able to negotiate a final price. This was not the end of the customer experience; after completing the paperwork Mike assisted in contacting my insurance company (GEICO) and provided all necessary vehicle information to transfer the coverage. Additionally, he immediately coordinated a Loaner vehicle for use to drive home in order to expedite the completion of the vehicle transfer. Before we left the dealership Mike again stated the Forrester (dealership) serious commitment to customer satisfaction. I did not expect to receive the MKX until Friday, allowing time for dealer prep and state registration but Mike telephoned me Wednesday and ask if he could drop the MKX off that afternoon; can you believe that - a dealership that responsive? Over the years I have bought several cars from different dealers and we know the reputation of Used Car Salesmen but I must honestly that Mike Manning and the Forrester dealership certainly goes the 110% for genuine, honest customer satisfaction and made this a very positive New Car Experience.
