Why have an appointment? I called in several days ahead to schedule an oil change. Appointment scheduled for 1:30 pm. I had all paperwork done and checked in by 1:25. Said ab I called in several days ahead to schedule an oil change. Appointment scheduled for 1:30 pm. I had all paperwork done and checked in by 1:25. Said about an hour for the service. 45 minutes later they drove my truck in the shop. An hour later they were completed, out came my truck at 3:15. I missed my 3:00 pm second appointment. The receipt shows they changed oil on a Cummins diesel. My truck is an eco diesel which was incorrect paperwork. I wonder if I was overcharged. The shop seemed dark and dirty. More
