I walked into Tynan's Nissan expecting to get the same run around received from other car dealerships due to my age and lack of credit. These things did not deter Grant. He told me about the recent College Grad program and how that would help me leave with a vehicle. I came in on a Friday and sure enough, I left with a car. I was totally shocked and I thank Tynan's everyday. I interacted with Jeff as well as Otto and all parties were excited about me getting a car genuinely. Not once did I feel like I was being cheated or swindled. I left there confident in my deal and grateful that I made my appointment. I was there for about 4 or 5 hours and there was some much needed patience which helped this experience even more. Grant did a wonderful job and because of that, I would like to say thank you. I am recommending a bunch of my friends who are currently searching for cars to check out Tynan's Nissan. In my opinion, it's the best place to go. More

It was a relief to deal with a straight-forward, relaxed, honest, and helpful associate, backed up by an entire team like him! We were waiting for the catch, or the "here it comes" moment where we walked out 3 times earlier in the day at the other dealerships in town, but it never came! We actually got exactly what we asked for, and stayed comfortable and relaxed the entire time! We were so excited and drove home our dream car and still love it and the experience at Tynans everyday! We test drove a number of vehicles, picked the one we liked, and paid the advertised internet price. Note that with this dealership, the price they list is the price you pay.... no haggling, no mind games, and no unending "chess matches" with the sales manager. the price we paid was significantly below a number of other dealers with comparable models. Our salesman Jake Howard was honest, friendly, and knew the product line well. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a Nissan vehicle. After taking care of the purchase with Jake, we spent an equally pleasant time with Otto Palmer discussing financing options and got a great rate.
