Fort Wayne Nissan

I have owned my Altima for a little over one year. This was the second time having the oil changed (only have 10k miles on it) and I have not taken my car to anyone else. I was due for a tire rotation; ho was the second time having the oil changed (only have 10k miles on it) and I have not taken my car to anyone else. I was due for a tire rotation; however, after 90 minutes, Herbie came in and asked me if I had the key to the locking lug nuts. I had no clue what he was talking about. He went back out and tried to find it but couldn't. Herbie told me I did not need my tires rotated this time because I have good tread. I hope this does not reflect on my CarFax service report. My issue is that I will need my tires rotated at some point in time and I do not have that key. What am I supposed to do? You (Fort Wayne Nissan) got my car from a dealer in Ohio and I believe you should contact them and get that key so when I do need the rotation you will have it. Also when I came home I looked up what that key is; and it stated that it is located in the wheel well under the jack. I would think your service people would know that and have looked there. Overall, I am happy with the service I have received and everyone is nice; but this does concern me. More
