I will need to take my car back. Brakes are still squeaking just as loud as when I brought in the car on Saturday. If new rotor and new brakes were installed, how comes the brake is still squeaking e squeaking just as loud as when I brought in the car on Saturday. First, car with 9k miles broke down along highway. Told me they could look at it in 3 or 4 days. Then told me they didn't have a loaner car. Got there and they did have a car. Took 45 minutes to get tha me they could look at it in 3 or 4 days. Then told me they didn't have a loaner car. Got there and they did have a car. Took 45 minutes to get that taken care of when you can walk into Enterprise and walk out with a car in 15 minutes. Then last service I was told I would get free oil change so went ahead and got the oil changed. Was charged for it as they had no recollection of this promise. I say if you are considering buying a car here, run as far and as fast as possible. Service team is a joke. More
