service was fine except for the fact that the service tech and advisor failed to insure that the hood latch was engaged. I have had a terrible experience with this dealership from the beginning. I brought my '14 Nissan Sentra here after having my MAS replaced by a local mechanic due to my check engine light coming on for from the beginning. I brought my '14 Nissan Sentra here after having my MAS replaced by a local mechanic due to my check engine light coming on for it. After the service my car started surging between 1500 and 2000 RPM. He tried replacing the throttle body and re-learning it to fix but it didn't work. He advised me to take it to a dealership and they could update the computer as he didn't have that capability. I made an appointment to WAIT for my car at 11:30 on Monday 02/22. When I arrived I was told it wouldn't be until 3-3:30 until they could LOOK at my car. I asked if they had any cars to loan because I had an appointment later in the afternoon in Fremont, and I live in Angola. I was told they had nothing and was shown the waiting area. I rented a car at Enterprise down the road. I received a call at 3:30p saying they looked at my car and recommended the MAS be replaced, the PCV replaced, and they'd update my ECM. I asked why they'd replace the MAS as I had it replaced a week ago and they said "Because it's an aftermarket part." If the part was faulty, sure, but I have a warranty on the part. I asked again, and the advisor repeated the same reason. I said no, there's no reason to replace it if it isn't broken as it's only been a week since it was replaced. He said ok and gave me the total for the PCV and ECM maintenance and they'd let me know when it was done. I received a text at 5:30p that my car was done. I picked it up on 02/23 and after talking with Shane was told my enterprise bill would be comped, he'd look into my issues and call me. As I was leaving Fort Wayne I realized my car was doing the same thing I had taken it here for, and no one told me it wasn't fixed.. My issue wasn't addressed, the customer service and advising has been less than poor, and they tried to scam me for money on a part that didn't need to be replaced. I paid almost $400 for absolutely nothing. As of 03/01 Shane hadn't responded to me. I called and left a message asking him to call me back and I received a text that said sorry, he'd been busy and asked for my address to send the enterprise bill. I supplied that and told him about my car still having the same issue, and he said that his service manager is on vacation this week, he is out Monday- Wednesday, how about I bring my car up Thursday and they'll take me through everything and make sure I have a loaner car? I drive a lot, I need my car running well, and I need my car this weekend. After all of this being put off until next week is unacceptable. I told him this and said frankly I want a refund on my diagnosis and the labor costs since my initial issue wasn't even addressed and have not received a response back. More

Can't thank they guys at Fort Wayne Nissan enough, after my car was written off sitting outside my house,by uninsured/unlicensed car driver... They did their upmost to get me back me back in the road whic my car was written off sitting outside my house,by uninsured/unlicensed car driver... Bought Nissan Frontier new from here years ago and have had all service work done here. Just had warranty issues with airbags and some work was covered. not even a month later, same issue and now they say had all service work done here. Just had warranty issues with airbags and some work was covered. not even a month later, same issue and now they say not under warranty and the work will be over $2400 for an air bag sensor??? not replacing the engine, just sensor. This is coupled with the fact that no one called on the vehicle because someone at the dealership was sick, so no one was in charge of my vehicle and no one called or could be bothered. Still paid service fee and had no other interaction. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle was just pointed to pay for vehicle and leave. Truck was literally parked on a snow bank and had to wade through snow to get to my truck. Also got the stock letter of how my vehicle was in demand....lol....not quite sure it was the right day to try and retain me as a customer by trying to get me to buy another vehicle, when service on my current was barely marginal. More
