Met Shanna, Tim and and Kevin today to purchase a 2019 nissan sentra. They did an AWESOME job at getting me in and out in time for work. I'm updating a couple weeks later on 3/18/21 because as awesome as the buying process was, I am disappointed in how difficult its been to contact anyone about what I need to do to cancel my extended+gap warranty. I know it's my xxxxxxx fault for agreeing to it in the first place, but it's an optional service and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops when I decide I don't want to pay an extra 5k on my loan. More
