I went into the showroom on a 80 degree day a few weeks back and it was stiffling hot. No A/C for a long while, so much for customer comfort. Then I heard a man screaming obsceneties from his office and wa back and it was stiffling hot. No A/C for a long while, so much for customer comfort. Then I heard a man screaming obsceneties from his office and was told it was the head guy (Kyle). How is this allowed? Isn't he suppose to lead not demoralize his staff? That made me question why I would want to buy from this dealership if the head person is not in control of himself. Very unprofessional. More
