I took my car to the dealership for service because I had a coupon for synthetic oil change, etc. I had an appointment, and it took over an hour before they even got to my vehicle. I was told the front tires needed to be replaced very soon, as the treads were at 3/32. But their pricing on tires was too high. I had intended to get the tires rotated, but that was not done since the tires needed replacing. But I was charged for rotation. I ended up paying $100 for an oil change and went to Discount Tire immediately afterward, where I paid just over $400 for two new tires. I'm never taking my car here to get serviced again. More
