My husband and I decided it was time to trade in my 2006 Honda Civic. We picked 2 dealers in Colorado that had great reviews. We traveled to Longmont from Cheyenne, WY to start our car trade. He was totally polite and informative. He was able to explain ALL of the features of the new Honda CRV that we were interested in. He let us take a test drive and was never pushy. The dealership is beautiful and all of the folks we worked with were very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We never left Frontier Honda as we made the purchase of our new CRV from them. We did come back on Saturday to get the extra items installed as they had to be ordered to match. The service department was very concerned to get us out as promised, it was very clean and we will travel to Longmont for any service needed on our new CRV. More

After I bought my car, I learned that Frontier Honda offers a free class once a month to help you understand and maintain your new car. I think such a class indicates that this dealership cares about their buyers after they drive away. I can only express praise in regard to my experience at Frontier Honda. I would definitely return to this dealership if I ever buy another car in the future. More

Sammy is the most unprofessional Salesperson that I have dealt with to date. He led me on to believe that the vehicle would be here 3-4 weeks before it has actually arived. I kept following up on the actual delivery date of the vehicle and the whole team did not seem to be on the same page. I am not sure that they even work with each other at this place.
