This dealership has very poor service and mechanics! Our vehicle was in for service so long that they gave us a loaner. When it was finally done after 2 weeks we had to take it back again because it was Our vehicle was in for service so long that they gave us a loaner. When it was finally done after 2 weeks we had to take it back again because it was leaking transmission fluid all over our garage floor. It then took another week to fix a problem that was caused by poor installation. We went to purchase new tires at a separate tire shop, the shop couldn’t do a front end alignment because we had a blown front shock that was supposed to have been repaired while the vehicle was at Fox Hills. So yes, we had to go back once again. Terrible experience!!! More

Not very trustworthy I emailed to get a price quote on a used Wrangker and received the price seem on the internet. After speaking to a salesperson in the used car departm I emailed to get a price quote on a used Wrangker and received the price seem on the internet. After speaking to a salesperson in the used car department, I told them I would be in within a few days. I then received a price change because I saved the vehicle on Carfax and the price increased almost 4000 dollars. I called and asked if the price quote I received would be honored and never received a call back. The manager never responded to me email a few days later. I would never recommend or purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More

Great sales experience I went in to just look at Wranglers, having never purchased anything but Ford. They were very receptive to my questions and took the time to answer al I went in to just look at Wranglers, having never purchased anything but Ford. They were very receptive to my questions and took the time to answer all of them. Ended up buying a new Wrangler that night and they gave my a very good deal on my trade-in. I would recommend them to anyone. More

Does Anyone Work Here? I've never been to this dealership and I can't stand them - they're that bad. I've been calling for months to get my car in for a recall and NO ONE WI I've never been to this dealership and I can't stand them - they're that bad. I've been calling for months to get my car in for a recall and NO ONE WILL GET BACK TO ME. Additionally, I called for months last year for help with my navigation and again - someone would "call me right back." Nope. No calls. No emails. Customer service is NOT a priority at this dealership and it makes me want to scream. I don't know how this place stays in business if no one finds the customer's time important. More

Excellent car buying experience! We searched near and far (actually driving over an hour and a half from home) looking for just the right vehicle. Just when I was beginning to think w We searched near and far (actually driving over an hour and a half from home) looking for just the right vehicle. Just when I was beginning to think we'd never find the car for us, we met Ryan at Fox Hills Chrysler Jeep. I called that morning, confirmed the vehicle I was interested in was available and dragged my reluctant husband on what he thought was another goose chase. The car was in immaculate condition; no leftover food wrappers and gross stuff from previous owners like some of the other dealerships. We took a test drive just to be sure it was what we wanted then let Ryan work his magic. Shortly after, we took off in our new to us family vehicle. We couldn't be happier and I'm definitely keeping Ryan's card for when we need or next vehicle! More
