The back and forth with the value of our trade was also done in a prefessional, respectful manner. They even showed us a Car Facs report to back up their value criteria. I am very impressed with the way Anderson's do business. I really like the free car washes, especially during the winter months. My step-son and his girlfriend bought a KIA from the Anderson dealership in Rockford and were similarly impressed with the operation.
