Bridget was very courteous and helpful. She gave us an honest price and went out of her way to make sure that we were very satisfied. The finance department was very kind and courteous as well. It was a very pleasant buying experience. We have bought two great Hondas from Frank Ancona Honda.

An easygoing and enjoyable experience. We knew what we wanted and what price was reasonable to pay. Jason and his team made the rest easy. We'd been shopping other Honda dealers in the area and this was the best experience by far - that's why they got the sale and we got the a new Pilot. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

My Review of Frank Ancona Honda:
One normally doesn't associate 'enjoyable' with a trip to a car dealership, however, Ancona Honda proved anything but a 'typical' dealership. As oxymoronic as it may seem, my wife, myself and toddler (yes, toddler) enjoyed being treated with dignity, friendliness and respect from every single member of their staff, even those sales people that were not working with us. From the point of entrance, to the test drive, to the 'negotiation', to the business/finance office we were left more than impressed. Dave Jewell was a WONDERFUL salesperson, answering all of my wife's questions and even entertaining a 2.5 year old. Similarly, Jason Heard (G.M) was FABULOUS to work with. Friendly, efficient and willing to 'go the extra mile', we'll DEFINITELY be returning to Frank Ancona Honda, and ONLY Frank Ancona when we need to purchase another vehicle!

They were so easy to work with...we tried Jay Wolfe but they were rude, mean and just plain awful...At Frank Ancona, I gave the salesman my price, he walked right to the manager and got us the price, no fussing or fighting. The best experience ever

My Review of Frank Ancona Honda:
Very easy to work with. Not as much hassle as I had originally feared, as Deborah took really good care of me and I felt like I could really trust her to help me. Financing people, Derrick & Shelly, were also very nice and did not pressure me at all, which I really liked.

Thank you for helping to make it a smooth purchase. Since I had not bought a new vehicle since my trade-in, 10 years, and I was working with a dealership I had never dealt with before (in the past I was GM loyal but since Pontiac has been discontinued...), I was not sure what to expect. Once again, Deborah eased my concerns and I felt comfortable with the process throughout.

So far, after a day and a half, I am enjoying my new Honda.

My Review of Frank Ancona Honda:
We went to see how much a new Honda would cost and about what the payments would be. John was friendly and very helpful. He knew we would not buy that day and was not sure if we would buy a new car. Yet, he still helped us and took the time to show us some options. I regret that we chose to buy a used car and did not purchase from him. If it wasn't for the price of a new car and our not wishing to go into debt to purchase a new car we would have bought from John at Frak Ancona's dealership. If we should ever deside to buy new in the future we would not hesitate to ask for John Schmitt and purchase a car. We will encourage anyone who is buy a car to go to Frank Ancona and ask for John Schmitt he will treat you right.

My Review of Frank Ancona Honda:
We felt very comfortable with the service process and end result that we recieved. As will sometimes happen with an older vehicle, a clip was broken during the repair. We were informed of the broken clip, the part was ordered and replaced at the dealership's expense and we were accomodated with alternate transportation because of the extra day that it took to get the job done right.
We felt the price was fair and we would recommend this dealership's service center to other Honda owners.

Ancona Honda has a friendly, courteous and efficient workforce. They have a very clean well equipped service department. Along with the preceeding they have an excellent product to market. We are the owners of our fourth Honda Accord. They have been long wearing, economical to own long term and fun to drive.

My Review of Frank Ancona Honda:
My wife's Honda Pilot was due for the dreaded Timing Belt/Spark Plug service and I knew it was going to cost a lot. The day I was ready to take it in (a week after I made the last payment), she told me the VSA light came on during her drive to work. I took it to O'Reilly's and got the code read and did some Googling to find the VTEC Spool valve was bad based on the fact that I was bad about getting the oil changed regularly (sludge builds up in the valve over time).

I took it to Frank Ancona, told them what I needed done and about the code. They gave me a loaner and called me alter that day to say the spool valve was clogged, they tried cleaning it but it was done for. I was happy they tried to R&R (Remove and Repair) the part, but I already had an idea of what I was looking at. I told them to replace it and proceed with the A4 service (Oil Change/Timing Belt/Spark Plug/Valve Adjustment).

The next morning they called and said that there was a gasket/seal that was getting ready to fail inside the timing belt housing. It hadn't failed yet, but was starting to develop condensation around it and could go in the near future. They gave me the option of fixing it then for $100 or waiting. I asked how much it would be to fix later and was told that it would be $500 with all the labor to tear it back down to where they were already plus any damage if the leaking oil caused the new timing belt to fail). So, it was no brainer to replace it. They had the part in stock and I did little more googling to find out it's a common failure and gets replaced a lot during this time.

They were able to get everything back together that day and the wife's car runs just as good as new now. The price was less than I expected for everything they had to fix and having the loaner vehicle for 2 days was a plus with both of us working and kids to pickup/drop off/take to soccer everyday.

Very happy with the dealership.
