We were needing a new 2013 Civic and emailed Tony initially when we started looking. He answered many questions via email without any pressure to buy. He also sent us the price for the car that was the lowest in town.

Then we stopped by the dealership and he had one ready to test drive. Very professional and really helpful.

Then once we knew the color and model we wanted Tony found it for us in about a week. When we arrived we only spent about 30 minutes on paper work and the loan and we drove the car home

This is the third brand new vehicle we have purchased from Frank Ancona since 2002. We have purchased an Odyssey, an Accord, and now a CRV. We love the Honda vehicles and have never had any problems. Why we keep coming back to Frank Ancona is the service. We have had three different sales people since 2002, and all three people have been friendly, and knowledgeable. Greg was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the CRV, and was excellent in returning our calls if we had any questions. My husband and I started shopping for a new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L online with Tony and Jason on Wednesday evening. By Saturday morning we were picking up the car. It helped so much being able to negotiate over the internet.

We have purchased many new cars in the past and this by far has been the absolute BEST car buying experience. This is our first Honda purchase and I guarantee you it will be the first of many. No hassle, just plain "let's make this deal happen". They went above and beyond our expectations from the price on our trade in as well as the price on our new car. We received many online responses from other dealers but they only wanted us to come in to discuss the car.

They had the exact car we wanted, from the exterior color to the interior leather with only the options we wanted. We love the car.

I bought my last Honda CRV from Frank Ancona after dealing with another Honda dealership for years. I received quotes from both dealerships and found that Frank Ancona would work with me to get the exact price I needed to have within my budget. Erik Som is a very good salesman and great man to work with. Reasonable, down to earth and not too pushy. Although I did not end up buying my new Honda Accord from him (I wish I did), I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a Honda vehicle to stop by and ask to talk to him first before anybody else in the KC area.

The sales team worked to help us evaluate the car we were considering starting from the point of our submitting an online request for pricing. The same day as that request, we had several e-mails from the salesperson in response to the query to clarify the request, with a price for the features selected that same day. The sales team let us perform a short test drive late in their day on a Friday afternoon, jeopardizing their 6PM closure time and yet did not make us feel rushed as we took the vehicle out for a short drive. They further supported our desire to get a lengthier evaluation of the vehicle by accommodating our interest in having an extended, overnight test drive to allow us more miles and time at the wheel with the majority of the features we wanted with the car. Once we firmed our exterior and interior color preferences, the dealership worked to acquire a vehicle exactly matching our requested configuration and communicated clearly when it would be available to allow us to stop in and review the car's appearance to enhance our previous evaluation of the features. Upon our decision to proceed with an offer, the sales team was responsive in the negotiation process and as we completed the delivery of the vehicle, they accommodated our need for timely execution of the delivery activities and flexibility in pickup of the vehicle. The experience all in all was very enjoyable.

Dealing with the sales folks and the closing and signing the paperwork was as pleasant car buying experience as I have ever had. There was no pressure and no back and forth on pricing. Karen did a great job of going over all the things about the car. I feel good about the extended bumper to bumper warranty. I have no experience with the service department but I expect it to be as good as the sales experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
