We brought our Santa Fe over from Independence, KS to have it serviced. We saw a sign that said top dollar for trade-in and we talked with Arnie. He showed us the vehicle we were interested in and stayed by our side. He was so very friendly and helpful. We never imagined in our wildest dreams that we would have went home in a brand new Santa Fe. This was our absolute best experience at a dealership. We will be back and have already recommended to three people about heading to Frank Fletcher Hyundai in Joplin. We are extremely pleased.

When we arrived STeve was prompt and energetic. I didnt feel pressured at all. He let me look and offered advise when we asked or looked for guidance. I'm not the easiest to sell because i've been in sales myself. I've bragged about Steve Crook to my entire family 3 states away and all my friends. I would gladly take a weekend trip to show anyone My salesman and show them Fletcher Dodge in Joplin Missouri.

I had a great time shopping for a new car with Dave. We test drove several cars before I made a decision. Very happy with friendliness and working hard to get me into my first new car. I was disappointed with not knowing if the car had Bluetooth or not. If I knew it did not come with the car I probably would have looked at another vehicle.

This dealership does everything that is expected they treat you very well from the time you step on the parking lot. I checked yes on doing the review in thier dealership because you do have a bit of time in a car dealership that is just sitting around and waiting but that I think is to be expected. They made every effort for us to walk away with a great deal and ultimately ended up with the sale.

Car was not delivered as promised. We wanted car in different color so they brought one in from another dealership. Car did not have satellite radio as other car did and had paint chip on hood. Other car also had roof rack. This 1 does not. Salesguy offered Portable radio and paint. Waiting to hear from him. Bought three cars in a row from these folks. Will nOt again
