I selected a vehicle two days in advance by phone and Alex kept me updated on the status of the vehicle and had complementary tint added the day before we came in so it had sufficient time to set. Absolutely zero need for negotiation on price. The vehicle was priced fairly online and there was no markup once my income was presented (as has been the case with other local dealerships). Alex was incredibly friendly, professional, and didn't waste our time. The entire process took 117mins (1hr 57mins) and my wife and I were on our way down the road in a newer vehicle. Absolutely perfect! I recommend Alex to everyone looking for a new vehicle. More
