My Review Of Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac:

STS purchased as" certified"on 12/13/2010 and paid $1000 extra for certified. This is my 4th purchase from them and past experiences had been good. Therefore was too trusting. Then the disaster started.

1. Did not give me a complete and accurate Carfax which would have revealed that the vehicle had been a rental, had a rear end collision and had had an additional owner before me.

2. Despite claims of very complete inspection for certification the troubles became evident.
a. heated steering wheel defective
b. seals to rear window/trunk leaked water into trunk
c. right rear electric door lock had to be replaced
d.corroded battery cable corroded and battery leaking
e. right headlamp seal leaking (discovered
3. in about 5000 miles rear brakes had to be replaced at cost of $200
4. after 11K miles use tires replaced because of try rot.
5 . After trip through a snow storm I discovered that right outside heated mirror was NOT heating. I took it to dealer who refused to repair under Certified guarantee claiming that as heating mechanism was in the mirror itself it was a body problem and not a covered electrical problem.

All in all, because of numerals problems that should have been discovered and fixed before delivery; the offering of an incomplete Carfax report; numerous trips to the dealer and time wasted and denial that a side mirror that did not heat was not an electrical problem and deterioration and earl brake problems I have ceased all my dealings with Frankel-Chesapeake.

I will advise any one who asks my opinion to urge them to find another dealer.

My Review Of Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac:

I’d finally decided to move on up to a Cadillac. I’d heard great things about Frankel Cadillac over the years from friends. So I decided to start at Frankel Cadillac to find my new vehicle. Going to Frankel Cadillac was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, because from the minute I stepped on the lot everybody went out of their way to ensure that my car purchasing experience was as easy and enjoyable as possible. My credit has a few little dings on it because of the bad economy during the last few years, but James Holt my wonderful salesperson worked to make sure I got the car I wanted (with all the bells and whistles too) and a great finance rate as well. Everyone at Frankel Cadillac made sure that I was happy (well, ecstatic was more like it) with my new car, and I really appreciated their great customer service. You can bet I’ll do business with Frankel Cadillac again in the future, and I will recommend them to everyone I know!

My Review Of Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac:

I can not express how pleased my husband and I are with our recent Cadillac purchase at Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac. The salesman, Jim Holt, went above and beyond to make sure we not only received everything we wanted in vehicle, but he made sure we received the best, affordable price. Mr. Holt, explained everything professionally placing the emphasis upon the pros and cons of each vehicle and he provided options related to our desires. Unlike the other car dealerships we visited, this salesman was not brash or aggressive when demonstrating and touring the vehicles, and he truly cared about what would be best for us and our lifestyle. Not only did he help with our purchase, he provided helpful information concerning care for our vehicle. He even called after to a few days to ensure we were fully satisfied with our purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership with their knowledgeable and friendly employees to anyone who desires to purchase a Cadillac. I am currently considering trading in my old vehicle, so they will be seeing me in the near future! Thank you!

My Review Of Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac:

My boyfriend, an all time Cadillac lover, and I got our second Cadillac, a CTS-V Coupe from Frankel Cadillac. I must say, that contrary to what I was used to seeing at other Dealers, the salesman, Krisitin Utz, was very easygoing and professional. While showing the cars she didn’t insist or pressure us in any way. She kindly described all the options we had and made it impossible not to by this wonderful car. My boyfriend was amazed at Kristin’s knowledge about this model and spent a lot of time sharing her views and getting useful tips from her.

Personally, I came out very satisfied with the deal and feeling we got five star service. On top of that, the next day Kristin called to check on our car and make sure we were enjoying it! I would definitely recommend Frankel Cadillac to anyone and everyone.

My Review Of Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac:

It's always a labor intensive experience shopping for a new car. I try to be prepared what I want before I go, but inevitably I see all the new gadgets, bells and whistles and can never make up my mind. Add to that the pressure you normally feel at a car dealership. Even when they are not trying to pressure you, I always feel like they are.

Well, what a nice surprise in dealing with Mr. Bob Sobczak. Not only is he friendly, but he made me feel comfortable while explaining all the new offerings since I last bought a car. He was very professional and made me feel as if it was his mission that day to find me the car I needed to best suit me.

I am very happy with my car, and although I haven't used customer service yet, if it is anything like the service I received in buying my car, I know I will be well taken care of. Thank you so much Mr Sobczak.... I will be back to this dealership when I trade again.

He couldn't have been better. He couldn't have been more wonderful. The thing that I liked most about Tony , he didn't pressure me. He explained everything to me. He spent a lot of time going over the car.
I was actually afraid to come in there because I didn't know if I was going to be swarmed by salesman. He was very kind. He clearly explained everything to me.
I wasn't preparing on taking a car home at all yesterday and he made it so easy and I drove off last night. All I did was take care of my business, he took care of everything else. I think that's a pretty good salesman. Mrs Skidmore

I think the previous reviews speak for themselves on how great of a company Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac is. I recently purchased a new car for my daughter’s 21st birthday here and let me just say how pleased the whole experience. Customer service was top notch! One thing I absolutely hate about buying cars is how pushy the salesmen usually are. They are always trying to make a quick sale and never seem to genuinely want to help you find a car that suits your needs. I remember that day I had been wandering around a few dealerships with my daughter and husband and being completely irritated that almost all of the places we had gone were trying to pressure us into buying a car and nothing more. When we came to Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac, we had expected the same thing. Much to our surprise, Charlie was the complete opposite of what we expected. He was professional, patient, courteous and most importantly, did not pressure us to make a decision. We did not buy a car that day but when we went home and we discussed it, we had reached the conclusion to buy from Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac. So while we did not buy a car that day, we went back the next day and Charlie was there to help us!

Other dealers can learn a two from Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac. If you think that pressuring your customers to buy is the best way to go, you may only get a few sales if you’re lucky but you will not get return customers! And of course, if the salesmen are professional and courteous, it makes your potential client even more inclined to buy. No one wants to buy from someone who’s pushy but we do appreciate the people who give us our space to think and try not to rush us! It's a no brainer that my family and I recommend this awesome dealer!

I wanted to express my gratitude to Paul Frederick and the rest of the staff at Frankel Cadillac. My husband and I bought a 2012 Cadillac ESV. From the first time we walked into the dealership we were treated with the upmost respect. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Frankel Cadillac had a great selection of vehicles and made the buying process enjoyable.
Paul was kind enough to call the next day and check on our new vehicle and ask how we were enjoying it.
I am very satisfied with the overall experience and I would recommend Frankel Cadillac to anyone.

My Review Of Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac:

I have purchased many new cars in the past thirty years and I don't think I'm alone in saying that the experiences were never particularly pleasant. The idea of "doing the same dance" with a dealer's sales staff each time I wanted a new car I equated to someting like a dental appointment. But I must say that my experience with Frankel Cadillac was extremely professional from beginning to end. I first asked for information on a 2011 CTS on their internet website. Within a short amount of time , I was contacted in order to make an appointment. I went to the Hunt Valley dealership the next day and was then introduced to Paul.
From the beginning, I never felt pressured to buy and was shown a couple of models I was interested in. One of the most difficult parts in these transactions for me has always been the price vs. trade-in values, and after little negotiation Paul really put together a package I could live with. I ended up going home with a CTS with all the options I was looking for that day.
To date, Paul has set up all the operational features for me, and has been there if I had any questions.
I must admit that this purchase was one of the most pleasant new car buying experiences that I've ever have had.
