My Review Of Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac:
I think the previous reviews speak for themselves on how great of a company Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac is. I recently purchased a new car for my daughter’s 21st birthday here and let me just say how pleased the whole experience. Customer service was top notch! One thing I absolutely hate about buying cars is how pushy the salesmen usually are. They are always trying to make a quick sale and never seem to genuinely want to help you find a car that suits your needs. I remember that day I had been wandering around a few dealerships with my daughter and husband and being completely irritated that almost all of the places we had gone were trying to pressure us into buying a car and nothing more. When we came to Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac, we had expected the same thing. Much to our surprise, Charlie was the complete opposite of what we expected. He was professional, patient, courteous and most importantly, did not pressure us to make a decision. We did not buy a car that day but when we went home and we discussed it, we had reached the conclusion to buy from Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac. So while we did not buy a car that day, we went back the next day and Charlie was there to help us!
Other dealers can learn a two from Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac. If you think that pressuring your customers to buy is the best way to go, you may only get a few sales if you’re lucky but you will not get return customers! And of course, if the salesmen are professional and courteous, it makes your potential client even more inclined to buy. No one wants to buy from someone who’s pushy but we do appreciate the people who give us our space to think and try not to rush us! It's a no brainer that my family and I recommend this awesome dealer!
