This dealership is horrible. They do not care about helping you. They want to take your money. I purchased my 2013 Nissan Altima in 2013 and it came with the “family plan”. I made appointment for today for tire rotation and oil change and they inform me that I am no longer on the family plan! How? Since when? Why would they not notify me. I had to ask to make sure they seen I was on the plan and they told me there was a note in the system stating I was not on the family plan! WOOOOOOOW! I spoke to GM who could care less and gave me the number to corporate and said they would tell me the same thing he did. Which is that I opted out of services, which isn’t true. So since I opted out I automatically opt out of the family plan. The thing is I’ve been told this years ago and since I was informed I never opted out a service again. So why would I jeopardize that now. I am so unhappy and EVERYTIME I come for service I have discrepancies with this “family plan”. I will never purchase a vehicle from FLOW again. More
