Sadly I will never come back to this dealer. I took my 4Runner for service and this freaking people charged me a big amount of money to let a mess in my car. They checked the air filters and eve I took my 4Runner for service and this freaking people charged me a big amount of money to let a mess in my car. They checked the air filters and everything what it was inside they threw it on the car floor. They could put it on the seat, but they thought it would be better on the floor. Toyota of Greenville never has do some like that in my car NEVER. Fred Anderson Toyota of Greer is a nasty place to bring your car. More
I had a deeply frustrating experience with this dealership. After test-driving a used car that seemed to be in good condition, I decided to purchase it. However, the very next day, the air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. When I contacted the dealership, Robell dismissed my concerns, insisting that the AC was working during the test drive. He mentioned that their maintenance team would inspect it, but when I brought the car in, the staff appeared unaware of any scheduled appointment. Subsequent attempts to reschedule were met with repeated delays. Eventually, I had to seek assistance elsewhere because my child was overheating in the car. The independent mechanic discovered that a valve needed replacement and the system required recharging. He suspected that the dealership had recharged the AC just before the test drive to mask existing issues. Overall, I felt disregarded multiple times throughout this process. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing a used car. More

My wife carried our Toyota Sequoia to Fred Anderson Toyota with a suspected transmission issue.. I had carried the vehicle by O’Reilly Auto Parts and had the check engine light analyzed and it indicate Toyota with a suspected transmission issue.. I had carried the vehicle by O’Reilly Auto Parts and had the check engine light analyzed and it indicated the transmission speed sensor was defective.. we expected the Toyota dealership to analyze the check engine light and report the same results. Lo and behold, the service coordinator told my wife after their analysis that the transmission needed to be replaced. Just for giggles, I carried our vehicle to an independent transmission technician. He analyzed the check engine light, called and said the transmission speed indicator sensor was bad. Replaced sensor, tested transmission and we are back on the road with our vehicle. Fred Anderson Toyota charged us $185 to tell us it could not be repaired. The independent technician charged us $250 for parts and labor and the vehicle is good as new. More
