After getting an emotional setback from my car which was in service, I was walked to sales staff to replace 2013 Elantra which was diagnosed with a bad engine and I was out of warranty. With my salesman Shiv's help,I chose the car which me and my wife both liked and Jude the manger got us approved. It was tough and unexpected decision I had to make but now after calculation it turned out to be very profitable decision for me in the long run. Really wholeheartedly want to thank the whole Action team, great job and see you soon for my wife's car. Go get great deal and look for Shiv More
Worst time of my life They quoted me one price on the phone then when we drove 100 miles over 1 1/2 hours to get to the dealer, they jacked up the price by $1,500.00 over t They quoted me one price on the phone then when we drove 100 miles over 1 1/2 hours to get to the dealer, they jacked up the price by $1,500.00 over the advertised FULL price and claimed they had only 1 key for the car (cost me $300 for the KEY!!) the person I spoke to on the phone "Julie" told me she would be there, when we showed up they said she did not even work at that location, and she was not available. This was the WORST I was ever treated buying a car! Took over 4 hours to complete the deal and when I got there I told them over and over we only have 2 hours to complete the deal. WORST deal of our life, I don't ever think I & my family will get over this ordeal. DON'T wast your time here! More

They closed early right before my appointment On the 4th of July I called Action Hyundai and spoke with Brett. I had been emailing with Raquel, and they seemed nice, but a little far since the dea On the 4th of July I called Action Hyundai and spoke with Brett. I had been emailing with Raquel, and they seemed nice, but a little far since the dealership was 30 minutes away. I told them I wanted a lease on a Santa Fe Sport, the price I wanted for the lease and that I would come get the car that very day. Brett assured me that the price I was looking for was reasonable, I should come right down and while we traveled the 30 min he would get everything straightened out for us with his manager regarding cost. He gave us a 2:15 appointment, and we jumped right in the car. We arrived at 2:10, and the dealership was closed. Another customer (service) was outside and told us that they closed at 2. He had arrived just then and an employee threw him his keys and locked up as everyone left. I was shocked. I couldn't believe that someone would book me for an appointment 15 minutes after they closed knowing that I had to travel 30 minutes to get there and then immediately needed to drive another 30 minutes back home. I was shocked and so angry that they would waste my time on a holiday like that. A few days later I got an email from Brett saying he was 'sorry he missed me' or that we couldn't connect or something like that. That's outrageous. Raquel texted me and I told her what happened and she said sorry, it was a spur of the moment thing to close early. That makes it even worse to me. That means that someone floated the idea of closing early and Brett didn't say - Hey I have a customer coming... we can't do that, or let me call them when they're 10 minutes from home and reschedule. They had no respect for my time and then expected that I would be interested in doing business with them? No way. I went to a different dealership (Maxon) and they gave me cost confirmation on the phone, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour and a half (including finding the specific color/ options we wanted and drove it around, paperwork, detailing etc). Best thing? They were open when they said they were. I don't have time to waste on places that don't respect my business. More
