I was very happy with the service I received at Fred Beans Subaru. I did not have an appointment, and I drove up and asked if they had time to fix a rattle noise, I kept hearing when I was driving. Bought a preowned vehicle from Fred Beans Subaru and returned it within the 5 day grace period and paid cash for the vehicle and now we are two weeks in and I still have not received my money back and t returned it within the 5 day grace period and paid cash for the vehicle and now we are two weeks in and I still have not received my money back and they took my check right away and cashed it and the check was assued of funds two days later and now two week later they are collecting interest on my money I am a senior citized and think it is a disgrace the way Fred Beans treats customers that have to return vehicles More
