We had a very positive purchase experience of a 2021 Outback with McKenna Campbell as our salesperson. She was also very transparent and explanatory during an unexpected delay in the final paperwork process associated with our purchase. Living in the Lower Bucks County area, we intentionally chose the Fred Beans dealership in Doylestown over a closer one to us in Langhorne in the hopes of getting a better buying experience for a brand we love than the one we had had previously.
