Ive only had two good experiences at Dealerships and this was definitely one of them. I should start by saying that when I walked in I was half expecting them to to try and take advantage of me like a typica was definitely one of them. I should start by saying that when I walked in I was half expecting them to to try and take advantage of me like a typical dealership would often do. Not the case! Allison gave me a fair price which I bargained down even further and was shocked to see that I wasn't being charged bogus or duplicate fees that you would typically see on the final bill. Where they really set the standard was after the purchase of the vehicle. I somehow happened to miss in my test drive that the power locks were not responding on all doors. Since I bought the vehicle for my wife and it was the main mode of transport for our kids, I expressed my concern to Allison (my sales lady) and Danny (sales manager) who quickly took care of us. I should say, this was after buying a vehicle sold ''as is'' so they had obligation to help me. Not only did they put me into a dealer car (full tank of gas) while the vehicle was being serviced, but they also forked out around 3K to have ALL the actuators in the doors replaced to guarantee that the vehicle was fully functional, safe, and AT NO COST TO ME. Amazing customer service from Danny and Allison. They will be the reason I come back and refer more business to them. Share this with management!
