When I went to other dealerships, sometimes I was treated with indifference, and even rudeness. But this was not so with Frederick Supermarket of Cars. The salesman, Kirk Newcomer, treated me with respect, with indifference, and even rudeness. But this was not so with Frederick Supermarket of Cars. The salesman, Kirk Newcomer, treated me with respect, and friendliness. He even made me feel important. I was trading in a car that held some sentimental value, and he was very thorough in dealing with me. It was also nice to meet Fred(the owner). Even though I like to buy a different car each time, I would gladly be a repeat customer of this dealership. More

Frederick has changed my opinion of car shopping. I was dreading shopping for a new car. The staff at Frederick made it simple and fun! He didn’t hassle or pressure me to look at something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. The staff is very courteous, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Hi my name is dana saxman i just bought a 2008 dodge grand caravan sxt. My salesman kirk newcomber was very polite and pleasant he treated me like a friend even answering my calls on progress on his day grand caravan sxt. I even had a problem with my trade in it broke down and had to be repaired but he quoted me a price and kept it even after finding out price was more after repair.
