I knew the car I wanted and Fred's Auto Select had it in stock. Fred's Auto Select made my experience of buying a car as painless as possible. I'm happy with the car I purchased and would totally recommend them. Everyone there was friendly and they even offered me some good food.

My Review of Freds Select Auto:
Being a female and buying a car can be an overwhelming experience but at Fred's I felt at ease and didnt feel like I was being taken advatange of.I highly recommend Fred's Select Auto because they are not your average over bearing and pushy car sales.It all started with me sending in an inquiry about a vehicle and received a phone call the next day by Brandon who was professional. Within a couple of days I went in and test drove the car that I was interested in. Then I met with David the finance manager who worked out numbers with me because that was also a deciding facto. Even though I test drove the car and seen some numbers and knew in my mind that I wanted this car I still had some concerns/issues that Ksim (manager) did not hesitate to take care of and ease my mind. At the end of everything I signed my paperwork with Dean who was very nice. My car buying experience was pleasent, thanks you guys. Also,the whole staff is courteous.

My Review of Freds Select Auto:
The guys at Fred's Select Autos have been terriific to work with, and I would recommend them to others without hesitation. After deciding that I was ready to purchase a new car, I spent alot of time on Autotrader finding exactly what I wanted. After visiting the Fred's Select website I found a terrific selection of high end cars, and actually noticed 3 that I was interested in testing. My job makes it very difficult to schedule for things like this except on Sundays. Although they are normally closed, Tony made it a point to meet me on a Sunday so that I could test out the cars I liked. After deciding on the car I wanted, David was available to handle my financing options right in the office. Tom handled finishing up my paperwork with the DMV and I drove my new car the 400 miles back home. Two weeks later, I received a call from Tom letting me know that my license plates had come from the DMV. He just wanted to let me know that he was dropping those in the mail for me to save me another trip. I found the guys at Fred's to be friendly, courteous, and attentive. They were not interested pressuring me into a car, but rather in finding the right car for me. I would definitely buy from them again.

I cannot thank everyone at Fred's Select Auto enough for what they have done for me. They went above and beyond to help me get financed and drive away in a beautiful vehicle. I can honestly say that they treated me like family. I will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else but Fred's Select Auto :)

My Review of Freds Select Auto:
My husband and I were looking for a specific car at a specific price and were paying cash. We had searched online and contacted many private sellers and dealerships to see if they would accept our offer and they would not. So we came across Fred's Select Auto on-line and gave them a call. We were able to make the terms of the deal over the phone. The next day we drove 77 miles to their dealership to inspect and test drive the car. The car was exactly as described except there was a minor flaw (nothing big)but for some reason, I did not like it. My husband was fine with the imperfection but not me. He was more concerned that the vehicle was in good condition. But I addressed my concerns with the owner who was never too far away that I could not speak with him and he did everything and more than I expected to fix the problem to where I was happy. We drove the vehicle back home the 77 miles and it ran good.

I know some have had bad experiences with car dealers, sellsmen and buying cars but those gentlemen at Fred's Select Auto are top notch. Just be up front with them, be respectful and don't play games. You will be surprised at what they can do!

The owner is a very decent man, he purchased our trade in from us even though he knew he could not sell it and donated it to a man who desperately needed a vehicle.

Now, who do you want to do business with???????

My Review of Freds Select Auto:
My wife and I were thrilled with Fred's Auto. They have an excellent team there, that works well together, and is genuinely interested in making sure you walk out with the right car for you. I arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before it closed, knowing the car I wanted to look at. It was pouring rain - definitely not the type of situation where you'd expect to walk away with a car. They were so accommodating - they handed me the keys to the 2008 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ, and let me take it out myself for a test drive (a number of dealerships my wife and I had previously visited insisted that the sales rep drive with us, which made the situation awkward).

After test driving the car, I knew I wanted it - but I was not pushed / pressured into making that decision at all. On the contrary, they wanted to be sure that I was sure, since it WAS night, and it WAS raining. I was sure, and they stayed late to get the paperwork processed for me.

There was one issue - I had driven there just thinking I was going to test drive the car. Since it had already been detailed, and was ready to go, and since I live far away and have 3 kids, the thought of driving back to pick it up was not my idea of a good time. One of the reps at the dealership offered to drive my old car back to DC for me so that I could drive my new Suburban home! That did it for me - after making the sale, they were still so eager to go out of their way to make sure my experience was the best it could be.

I've recommended Fred's Auto to friends and family this past month, and will definitely be buying my next car from them!

I had a great experience yesterday (11/19/11) purchasing my new (used) Chevy Suburban. It was a pleasure meeting and working with the entire staff and owner. Logan, my sales associate, was very professional, helpful and accommodating, and was able to get me a super deal. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market.

My Review of Freds Select Auto:
I had been searching for a car for quite awhile before I located a 2004 Honda Civic on Cars.com at Fred’s Select Auto. I called, spoke with Tony who was very pleasant, and set up a time for a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by several different people in the office. I took the car for a test drive, and although it drove well, there was a strange thumping noise in the back. I asked Tony and Dave if I would be able to take the car to an independent mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Both happily agreed to my request. I came back two days later and took the car to my trusted mechanic. There were a few issues that needed to be corrected, but nothing major. I took the car back to the dealer and discussed the situation with them. Although they were willing to fix the issues, I couldn’t afford the price of the vehicle at that particular time.

Well, a week went by and my situation drastically changed. I needed a car immediately. I called Tony and, lucky for me, the car was still available! I went in the next day, explained my situation and was able to work out a price for the vehicle that I could afford. Every single person in the office was a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, informative, and guided me through the car buying process. I will gladly do business with Fred’s Select Auto again and would refer anybody I know.
