I scheduled an 8:00 appointment for a Saturday morning. Upon arriving, I was told that the appointment was just father my information, and that I would have to wait an hour or so before my car would be ser Upon arriving, I was told that the appointment was just father my information, and that I would have to wait an hour or so before my car would be serviced. I am to Silverado. I’ve had it for a gear and it has been serviced 2 or 3 times. Other dealerships never asked me for a wheel lock. They then asked me for wheel lock without even looking near the tire irons, but rather were steering me to buy new ones. Mine was back there the whole time. The service agent and the gentleman at the next workstation over acted us if I bothered them on a Saturday morning and the oil change and tire rotation was $142 which is more than I’ve paid, but this was my first time in Texas. I won’t be back. More
