Poor leadership and oversite. He needs oversee his service department a lot better than he does. Service here is the worst I have ever seen. No respect for their customers at all. He needs oversee his service department a lot better than he does. Service here is the worst I have ever seen. No respect for their customers at all. It is smile, sell them a car, wave good by and hope to never see them again. Just look at the review score of 1.8. If that doesn't say something, the owners are blind. Dealer Rater should blacklist this dealership for the good of everyone. More
Had to fight for the title and warranty I just purchased. I live in New York State and I purchased a vehicle on 7-24-2015 through Glenn Freedom on a web site and it included a two month 2,000 mile warranty, I live in New York State and I purchased a vehicle on 7-24-2015 through Glenn Freedom on a web site and it included a two month 2,000 mile warranty, I had the vehicle delivered to my residence on August 4,2015. with no title or vehicle registration tag. Getting through to the employers at Glenn Freedom is very hard and all you get is the employers answering machine and they will not return your phone call. On August 22 I was fortunate to get a phone call through to the warranty manager Dwayne Gossett. I told Mr.Gossett my situation of not being able to drive or register the vehicle I purchased. Mr.Gossett told me that I should not let the vehicle “sit” in the driveway because Freedom already “registered” the vehicle for me in New York State and I should be driving the vehicle. I also asked Mr.Gossett if the warranty could be extended for two months after I get the title, his reply was, ”I doubt that.” The local Police and the New York State DMV say it is not registered. The Kentucky DMV received my certified letter I sent them about this situation on September 8,2015 and its interesting that Glenn Freedom called me on the next day wanting to amend the situation by 1) having the two month, thousand mile warranty to start after I receive the title to the vehicle. 2) The $ 1,093.75 in tax money of the sale sent to Albany, NY so I can register the vehicle and receive the title to the vehicle I purchased I was helping them out by giving them business and they gave me the business. Rude, disrespectful and liers I made an appointment for a recall notice for the next day. They confirmed they had the part and would hold one for me. After a long drive and pulling I made an appointment for a recall notice for the next day. They confirmed they had the part and would hold one for me. After a long drive and pulling into the service area it took forever to get waited on. When a service manager did show up he asked what I needed so I showed him the recall notice. He put it on the counter and started doing other work. When I asked about what was going on he let me know he was busy and I would need to wait until he finished other papers. Another service person came but never offered to help. Another customer came in and the second service manager started helping him. After about 20 minutes I was told I had no appointment. All they wanted to know was who I talked to. How the heck did I know. I said, "The person that answers the phone I guess". Then they told me the new parts they had for the recall were being held for other customers. They offered no help of any kind. Maybe I should be grateful because I was shopping for a new Charger for my son who was getting out of the Navy. Do yourself a favor and pass this place up. More

When I arrived I had to wait 45 minutes only to be told all parts were being held for other customers (whatever that means). I bought the car at that dealership but they have lost my business for good. With the attitude they have it won't be long before they go bankrupt. All I can say is good-riddance. More
Don't buy here!!! We bought a used 2014 dodge dart on Saturday June 27th that only had 1500 miles on it. At the end of the sale they only give us 1 key. We asked about We bought a used 2014 dodge dart on Saturday June 27th that only had 1500 miles on it. At the end of the sale they only give us 1 key. We asked about another key and our sales guy Cody said they guy that had traded it into them just gave them 1 key. He said he would try to contact him to get the key and call us back Monday. I asked if they could just get another key made and he said they were expensive because it was keyless and would try to get in touch with the previous owner. Well Monday he didn't call so my husband called him and he said they had not been able to get in touch with that guy but he was going to talk to his manager and call us back... But again he didn't call so my husband called back. He basically said the same thing he wasn't able to get up with him. He talked to Cody at least 3 times. He said even though it wasn't done on the front end of the deal I will see what I can do to keep your business. We have never bought any vehicle new or used and got only 1 key. We had no idea we needed to get it in writing before they got our money to get 2 keys to a basically brand new car. My husband tried calling the sales manager after Cody never called back and he was no help either. He said it was not part of the deal and he basically blew us off saying he would get with Cody and try to work out something. We have yet to hear back from either of them. Very unprofessional of any person especially a manager who is suppose to deal with things like that. Don't buy a vehicle here if you think you might need anything after the sale!!!! Once they get your money they could care less about you!! That was the first and last vehicle we will ever buy from Freedom's Dodge in Lexington.... More

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I wish I could have a negative zero for his dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!. I recently purchased a 2006 car and the first day I drove the car off the lot after the purchase I begin for his dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!. I recently purchased a 2006 car and the first day I drove the car off the lot after the purchase I begin to hear a strange noise that I think is a tire problem, not a big problem right? So I thought, I call my sales person and describe the noise and simply ask do you mind if I brought the car in and have the service department take a look at the car. I did not ask for any repair work but only to "PLEASE HAVE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TAKE A LOOK AT THE CAR" . I only needed a service tech. to listen and and let me know if there is a problem, I did not ask for any repair only to listen to the sound coming for the car. My sale person calls me back and states the the car was sent through the service dept and no problems were found and if the brakes were bad the brakes would have been replaced prior to the sale and there is nothing he or the dealership could do. I remind everyone again reading this review that my request was less than 24 hours of driving off the lot and all I wanted was a service person to listen to the noise that I thought was a tire problem . During any conversations with my sales person I never, never once ask about my brakes only to listen to the sound the car was making The sale person explains I am only the messenger. What in the xxxx does that mean customer "YOU" that Freedom Dodge has a service department that will not support YOU the customer with a simple request? I still like the car the I purchased but I feel that the dealership won't and will not support "YOU" the customer after the sale. Service to me is the corner stone of a successful dealership and this dealership lacks the support to "YOU" the customer. I will have the car checked and repaired if needed but not for the group. My experience with freedom was very good, I walked in and told Tony Venegoni my salesman what I was looking for and he took me to the truck I bought after one test drive. The price was good and fair.
