They don't listen and LIE about your credit score to make you think you have to pay a higher percentage rate. They are not helpful and change the rules as they go along. No one takes you seriously and they laugh behind your back. They LIE about previous work done to their used vehicles and rely on the fact that the carfax is clear, knowing that not everything is reported to carfax!! I walked in with my young daughter and husband and kept me there for hours. I now have a car that I loathe because this dealership left a sour taste in my mouth. I saw an ad on line and visited the dealership expecting a song and dance show. Mr Sorg met me after I search the lot searching for the Honda Civic and Hyndai Accent advertised on the dealer site. I showed Mr. Sorg the website posting and he directed me to both vehicles. I explained my situation, he was understanding and very cooperative. I told him I liked the Honda better however my financial situation may prevent me from purchasing it. Mr. Sorg introduced me to the sales manager explaining my situation with dignity respect. Together both Mr. Sorg and the sales manager made the numbers work. They even let me take the car with me to show my wife before any paperwork was drawn up. I'd go back to the dealer and request Mr. Sorg and recommend him to friends and family. Mr. Sorg made an automobile purchase a surprisingly pleasant experience, something I was not expecting and have never experienced in my forty years of driving. More
