This dealership and its affiliate Park Place motors are violating Consumer Fraud Laws. They are all in on it and they proclaim one thing and then put another on paper. They obtain a power of attorney but d violating Consumer Fraud Laws. They are all in on it and they proclaim one thing and then put another on paper. They obtain a power of attorney but do not get it notarized and then they illegally open loans in your name with it that you don’t authorize. Their paperwork has all the wrong phone numbers on it, their finance manager belongs behind bars. They also add onto car price with extended warranty for $6k but provide no paperwork and nothing signed showing it was desired by the consumer. All of the affected individuals need to file a class action suit against Freehold Mitsubishi and their agents especially Park Place Motors. It is all a scam. They know what you can’t afford and they tell you that your payments will go down after 3 months and will be half of what is written- knowing they will just repossess the vehicle and sell it again. There is practically nothing legitimate about their practices and all of the victims need to band together and file suit. Please reach out if you have been defrauded. The more victims and instances the better the case will be. This needs to be stopped! Nathan is a complete liar - stay away from both dealerships. More

I asked Michael Morano two simple questions through email and mind you I’ve purchased 12 cars site unseen and had them delivered to me. I felt silly considering a Mitsubishi dealer and this experience is exactly why. I asked michael why the check engine light was on and if he could provide me it the carfax. His arrogant reply was only if I scheduled an appointment to come in. Some professionals don’t have time to shop dealer to dealer in person, but in the end I’m glad he steered me away. I’m seeing some terrible things written about this dealer all over the internet. Saved me the headache of dealing with such a sub par dealership. Thanks again Michael Moran and good luck getting people to your lot with such a crappy attitude. Your GM should be proud of you! More

What good is a car I can’t drive? They directed me to just drive it with the expired reg lol seriously? Real professional! More

Quick rundown is On March 30 2024 I went into freehold Mitsubishi which is ran by D Dip automotive group and financed a 2022 car. The car was supposed to be ready on April 1, 2024. I arrived at the dealership to find the car wasn’t ready and was informed it would be ready by April 3, 2024. The car wasn’t ready and by April 5th 2024, I went back to dealership to discuss other options. The sales manager and I decided to switch to a different car which was a 2021 model and keep payments the same. I was informed my credit wouldn’t be ran again, my credit was ran again. Now it has been over 30 days and my temporary plates have expired, my trade in which the dealership purchased has not been paid off, I have contacted dealership numerous times to address the issues and no one has given me an answer or resolved issue. I still have no registration expired temporary plates and my trade off is still not paid off and Nate does not answer. More

When i went to sign the paper again, I didn’t want to sign up for the warranty cause it was 4000 dollars for 2 years and 60,000 miles that didn’t work for me. they push me to do it cause they said it was in the deal so i signed it. Well, 2 days later i contact DOWC, the warranty company to cancel the warranty. They told me the warranty wasn’t active. The dealer tried to keep the 4000. i hope Freehold Mitsubishi refund the 4000 dollars to my lien holder. When they did the registration it was also wrong. Registration said 2 doors , my car is 4 doors. they told me i need to call motor vehicle , why should i call motor vehicle when i paid to do all my paperwork? today is March 22 , the registration still says 2 doors they didn’t fix anything yet . I got a lot promises , but didn’t refund my 4000 dollars and they didn’t as of yet fix my registration! DO NOT SHOP HERE! These people are frauds! I’m still waiting for my refund ($4000) from my warranty! These people did not apply my down payment ($9900) to my loan. And These people are frauds!
