Website offers service hours until after 5pm. Scheduled service only to be called 5 minutes later and telling me there are no times available after 415pm. I agreed that I could hopefully make 415 work and then he argued with me on the time that HE offered. I was finally able to work out a time on another day to get my car in for a simple oil change. However, I did not receive a window sticker telling me how long the oil was good for and/or expectation of next visit milage nor was indicator on the vehicle reset. luckily, I thought to look and reset it later that day. I will be looking for better service departments in the Freeport area. I used to rave about Fairway Ford before it switched to Freeport Ford. More

Did a good job once the rep listened to what I asked to be done and not what they wanted because they didnt think they had to. And once they pulled tires as I asked, they found frozen rusted brake pads as be done and not what they wanted because they didnt think they had to. And once they pulled tires as I asked, they found frozen rusted brake pads as I suspected. But they only wanted to sell some more $600.00 parts. Had to leave the truck an extra night. Didnt matter, but it could have .been avoided had they listened to what I wanted done. More
