Being from out out of town and driving a Jeep Sport 2013 model that was given me acceleration trouble as I ascended into Casper, Wyoming from Louisville, KY I immediatly took my vechicle to Fremont Motor model that was given me acceleration trouble as I ascended into Casper, Wyoming from Louisville, KY I immediatly took my vechicle to Fremont Motor Jeep Dealership to be diagnosed. I was met with a very friendly staff eager to listen to my issue and happy to try and make the necessary repairs to get me back on the road. I was first told the issue was my fuel pump which to replace would cost roughly $1700. and I would have to wait for the part to arrive since it would need to be ordered. The Jeep was dropped off on a Friday morning and there was a holiday on this particular Monday which meant getting my jeep back to continure on with my trip wouldn;t be possible until after the dealership reopend on Tuesday morning. Doing some investigative work on my own through the use of sociol media and talking to several other jeep enthusist I felt the issue was not a fuel pump but rather something else entirely. I wanted the tech who would be working on my jeep to witnesse the problem I was having by riding with me in it to show him the exact symptoms. On Tuesday moring I went to the establishment and the lead Service Manager rode with me. The jeep drove excellent. We drove back to the facility and I told them the jeep was fine now. The Jeep Manager and myself concluded the issue was more than likely an altitude calibration issue in the MCP., that since it had re-calibrated itself everything was fine. I was told by the staff there would be no charge, however, I insisted and ended up with a nominal charge just for the diagnostics. Everyone at the estblishment was friendly, eager to help and showed a true professional demeanor, I was highly impressed with Kristian, Joey and a number of other friendly face working at Fremont Motor Jeep. Keep up the great Friendly and professional Service you offer and you'll do great!!!. More

Ol Gentry helped us and did us a solid! Got the wife and I into a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Punisher Edition and we couldn't be happier! I had an appointment for a recall notice. Scheduled for 9 AM Mon 4/1/24. Kristen called around 10:30 saying they had to order the part and my RAM would be completed by mid-day Tues. It was a Scheduled for 9 AM Mon 4/1/24. Kristen called around 10:30 saying they had to order the part and my RAM would be completed by mid-day Tues. It was a scheduled service, so they should have been prepared with the part on-hand. Tuesday, No word by 1:10, so I text Kristen. No response. I called around 4:30 and was told my RAM was in the service bay but they weren't sure it would be ready by closing time. I was assured it would be ready Wed morning. No word from the service dept by 12:20 on Wed, so I text Kristen again. No response. I called at 1:20 and got one of the lube techs who assured me he'd get an update and call me back. I finally get a call from Jo in service and my RAM was ready for pickup. That was after 3:00. When I picked up my vehicle the paperwork showed it took 45 minutes for the repair and it was done on Wed start at 13:25, end at 14:12. They had my truck for almost 3 days for a 45 minute recall and wouldn't communicate what was going on. In the past visits I have been pleased. This time they really messed up. More
