All who I dealt with did a great job, I appreciate that as I am a very particular person! I like the fact when I visited with the Tech and told him I was very particular about the way I want things done on as I am a very particular person! I brought my car in for warranty work and my car was severely keyed while they had it. The company took no action to resolve the issue on there own and didn't ever want to have a police report done unti severely keyed while they had it. When I talked to the service manager he laughed at my complaint that I wasn't happy about my car needing to be repainted saying "what do you want??? A new car?" After several calls they are only willing to pay for my deductible if I turn it into my insurance. I don't feel that it should be my insurance company's and definitely not mine to resolve the issue. Fremont should take full responsibility for damage that happens when my car was in there hands. Dirty business practices. Follow up letter from the general manager said that they are not responsible for any damage that happens on there lot and I should be happy that they are willing to pay my deductible. More

Bought our truck and tire pressure light was on and they said they would fix it. They filled up the tires that day and said it should go off. Drove it home that day and called and brought it in the next day said they would fix it. They filled up the tires that day and said it should go off. It didn't so called back that same day and they said they couldn't work on it til Tuesday so brought it to them Tuesday and they wanted to charge us 301 dollars for a part which was broke already before we bought the thing. More
