If you need any type of service help for your vehicle, ask for Cuong Dang CD. He is the best service advisor that I have worked with at Toyota Fremont or even any other dealership. Very genuine and truly wants to help with any issues you are having. Friendly and caring is an understatement for describing his personality. He was able to fit me into his schedule for my 2025 4Runner eventhough front desk would not give me an appointment for that day and made sure my vehicle was checked out by the head foreman for brake squeak noises. He also went above and beyond to get me a lyft back to work in San Jose. Truly amazing individual. Will be working with in the future to make sure my vehicle is taken care of. More
