Phil is an awesome Customer Service person but for that price I thought service center would have completely drained the antifreeze out of radiator and replaced with new. They are always very late. . They have made me wait 5-6 hrs every time i went for oik change.. they upsold me on a brake fluid flush and left a bottle of some fluid in cup holde .
