Randy Giese always does an outstanding job with his Customer Service Experience being one of the longest employees with Fresno Dodge. My only complaint with my last service on the 2024 Dodge Dart was t Customer Service Experience being one of the longest employees with Fresno Dodge. My only complaint with my last service on the 2024 Dodge Dart was the time it took 2 weeks to get corporate approval for replacement of parts because of the lifetime warranty that I have on the vehicle via MaxCare. Randy explained that at time, they were swamped with approving service and perhaps I should've gotten a rental vehicle for that time duration of 2 weeks. In summary, I'll continue bring my vehicles into Fresno Dodge for service because of Randy's professionalism. More
1. Scheduled appointment days in advance for June 26th, 7:30AM for an overheating issue. I finally telephoned at 4 pm about the status and was told late that the van had to be kept overnight because they 7:30AM for an overheating issue. The $450 diagnostic fee shows up as an estimate on the paperwork they hand you before work is done. This fee is extremely high and doesn’t apply to the radiator replacement. More
