My experience for this past service center trip was the best I have had at either locations! My assigned advisor, Rosa, was friendly, great with communication, and made sure I understood the issue clearly. best I have had at either locations! When I initially dropped my Jeep off, I learned that she had been with this specific dealership/service center for less than a month. The rear disc brake assembly mounting bolts on my RAM truck are so over tight from the factory that my best impact wrench cannot break them loose. I contacted this service department and asked them if th truck are so over tight from the factory that my best impact wrench cannot break them loose. I contacted this service department and asked them if they could help us out by first seeing if they could get those bolts to come loose and then properly hand tighten the bolts to the correct specs so I can be able to change my brake rotors. The service manager, whatever his name is, said the only way he would loosen those bolts for me was if I pay them to install the rotors too. Doesn't sound like someone that wants to help, or someone that's even interested in my problem, sounds more like blackmail to make more money. Adios Fresno Dodge. More
