I dealt with Richard Ryan, he was upfront with me about issues with the truck I wanted. The pick up date changed a couple times. But, they wanted to make sure that everything was working properly. While I love my car, this dealership pushed my sale through fast and has asked me to come back (an hour drive one way for me) to correct issues that should have been taken care of before completing my through fast and has asked me to come back (an hour drive one way for me) to correct issues that should have been taken care of before completing my sale. They told me they would pick up my car for rustproofing, but then only did it one way so I still needed to have someone drive 2 hours to drop me off and go home afterwards. They sold me the car without having the title secured and asked me to drive 2 hours so they could inspect the car. Absolutely ridiculous! I have never had to return my car to a dealership so many times after "completing" a sale. More

Katie sold be the best priced 2019 Volkswagen Atlas SELs within 500 miles and one of the cheapesf in the country. I knew it was well priced relative to the competitors and I had worked with Friendly Ford within 500 miles and one of the cheapesf in the country. I knew it was well priced relative to the competitors and I had worked with Friendly Ford before and got great a deal so its no surprise that trend continued. Buying a vehicle with the insanely overpriced used vehicle market is scary becausr when the market crashes we will be upside down on our loan but with a decent sized down payment and the price Katie hooked me up with, it makes it less scary!
