I'm sorry you feel that we weren't "Friendly" because of a price that you don't agree with. Our staff is nothing but courteous, respectful, and some of the "friendliest" group of individuals that I've had the pleasure to work with. In fact, if you were to go to our google, facebook, auto.com, or carfax pages we have over 200 reviews that are over 95% perfect 5/5's. We understand we can't make EVERYONE happy, but we strive for that with every interaction. I understand your frustration regarding the market of the Maverick, but unfortunately the price to obtain one from another Ford dealership is thousands above sticker let alone the average market value on the retail side of things. I could see if we didn't advertise the price that we're asking for and you drove here that, that would be an inconvenience. But... We didn't and we have it advertised for our asking price. As I started off saying; our staff is nothing but polite and respectful. Just because we have inventory priced at a value that you don't agree with doesn't mean we did anything wrong. If you'd like to discuss this further in person, feel free to come in any day but Thursday and regardless of what I'm doing I will make time to show comps and explain the market to you or feel free to call or email me any time!
