Kevin was knowledgeable about the vehicles, honest when he didn't know something, and willing to go the extra distance to get the information we requested. The sale was so easy it made me wonder if I'd paid too much, but they did beat the best price I'd gotten from 4 other dealers. More

Our car was on its last leg and we needed to get something that day and planned to look around at a couple of places. Our salesman, Bryan Martin, approached us on the lot and invited us into his office to discuss our needs. When we told him what our "must haves" were, he looked at his inventory and found a few that were at sister locations and then brought around one for us to look at that met our requirements...and then some...and we LOVED IT!! He definitely listened to what we said and found us the perfect car. We walked in and drove out of there with our new car the same day. Bryan completed everything for us, all we had to do was sign the paperwork and drive out of there. He took care of the title/tag transfer, notifying our insurance agent, and even helped us pair our phones with the car's system. There was an issue pairing my phone with the car's system due to my phone's settings. I received an e-mail from Bryan with a tech contact name and number to help get the issue resolved almost before pulling out of the lot. This was the easiest car purchase we have ever made. I HATE dealing with car salesmen, but Bryan was the exception...I would highly recommend the dealership and our salesman, Bryan Martin, for your next car purchase. More

Excellent service I have bought two cars from Everett and both times the experience was a positive one. My salesman Kevin Dutton handled the sale both times. Although he is very busy with other customers, he is attentive and responsive to another customer's needs. He also emphasizes he doesn't want to sell a car if the buyer isn't sure about it. Not in the least bit pushy. I really like that because I've had negative experiences in the past since I am a female and car buying on my own. The finance office Jeff Jones is so patient and personable and is diligent in pointing out everything included in the sale. Also, Ted and Reid in the service department are always smiling and seem to truly enjoy their work. I am usually out of there in way under an hour for routine servicing. They take a real interest with problems I may have like a rattle in the dashboard and worked until it stopped. I would send all my family to Everett Nissan if they want to be treated respectfully and fairly. This is a gem of a dealership for the small town of Boone. More
