Service and Parts Manager excellent. I also completed the GMC survey. Shane could not have been more helpful in keeping us updated on the progress of repair to my vehicle. One suggest I also completed the GMC survey. Shane could not have been more helpful in keeping us updated on the progress of repair to my vehicle. One suggestion I would have is to give Shane access to more loaner vehicles as there was not one available for us for a two week repair job. In a normal world this may not be necessary, but in today’s time with the parts shortage and the time it took to get parts it was a little inconvenient. More
